We are committed to swift and efficient resolution of leasing issues, particularly those involving the commencement date and the construction of tenant improvements.
Our leasing team has negotiated millions of square feet of commercial space in the Los Angeles and San Francisco marketplaces, including leases for restaurants, apparel retailers, manufacturing and warehousing facilities, research and development campuses, tech campuses and single and multi-floor office leases. We have a depth of experience with mixed-use projects consisting of a blend of retail, office and/or residential space.
Our work includes the drafting, review and negotiation of build-to-suit leases, synthetic leases, ground leases, subleases, landlord consents and related documentation. We assist clients with estoppel certificates, lease amendments, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, letters of credit, work letters, lease terminations and lease collateralizations, among many other lease-related documents and issues.
