In the business arena, the Firm has handled breach of contract disputes between companies; partnership, member, shareholder and investor controversies; securities violations; and vendor claims.

Our litigators are experienced in purchase and sale disputes; commercial leases disputes including termination of leases/ breach of leases; and investment real estate issues (such as landlord/tenant issues for apartment/investment properties). This expertise further leads to experience in construction contract disputes and mechanic’s lien issues.
The nexus between business and real estate litigation is especially apparent in the litigation matters handled by the Firm for restaurant related clients – including landlords, restaurant tenants, and restaurant contractors and other vendors. The Firm also handles a variety of litigation in other areas including probate litigation and employment issues (wrongful termination and also wage and hour).
